Afghan United Aid & Re-Habitat – A Non-Profit Organization
In USA, where communities face natural disasters, water shortages, poverty, and humanitarian crises, a vision of hope, resilience, and sustainability was born. Afghan United Aid & Re-Habitat was founded to provide life-saving relief, disaster preparedness, environmental awareness, and access to clean drinking water to those in need—both internationally and within the United States.
Our journey began with a simple yet urgent call to action—to stand with vulnerable communities, rebuild lives, and create sustainable solutions for a better future. From responding to earthquakes and floods in Afghanistan to providing disaster relief, environmental education, and community support in the USA, our work is driven by compassion, action, and a commitment to real change.
Today, we continue to expand our impact, partnering with local and international organizations to deliver aid, strengthen disaster response efforts, and empower communities with the tools they need to withstand future challenges.

Our Mission
Afghan United Aid & Re-Habitat's mission is to provide disaster relief, humanitarian assistance, and clean drinking water to vulnerable communities in Afghanistan and the USA. The organization focuses on empowering individuals to prepare for and recover from disasters, promoting environmental awareness in the USA, and encouraging sustainable practices like waste reduction and recycling. Through compassionate action and sustainability efforts, the organization aims to rebuild lives, foster hope, and create lasting positive change.

At Afghan United Aid & Re-Habitat, I helped establish the organization with a vision to provide hope, relief, and sustainable solutions to communities facing disasters and humanitarian crises. Driven by a passion for humanitarian service, community resilience, and environmental sustainability, I play an active role in addressing both immediate needs and long-term change. Our efforts focus on disaster relief, empowering communities, and promoting environmental awareness to build a resilient and sustainable future for both Afghanistan and the USAMake an impact.

Flash Flood
At least 200 people were killed, and more than 3,000 homes were destroyed. On 25 February 2025, flash floods ripped through western Farah province, washing away more than people, while three more were killed when a hailstorm caused their house to collapse.

At least four children are amongst at least 29 people killed in flash floods that have swept through two provinces in Afghanistan in recent days, as the country continues to feel the impact of extreme weather events that have upended lives and livelihoods, Save the Children said.
In Kandahar province, one child has reportedly drowned, while three others were killed when a roof collapsed on them. Several other children have reportedly sustained injuries, according to staff reports from the region.
Floods this week in the country’s southern Kandahar and western Farah provinces have caused significant damage to infrastructure, including roads and homes in the province, and have disrupted essential services that children and families rely on. Floods also swept through parts of the country’s northeastern Kunar province.
